You have to know that your money or other resources you have is a Seed. You must plant properly, water it and expect a harvest.
– You don’t expect a specific harvest:
After planting, you must expect a specific harvest. How much return (ROI) do you expect after you invest? Be specific.
– You don’t know and are not in your place of assignment :
If you are not in your area of calling, gifting and expertise it would be hard to increase Financially.
– You don’t dream big enough:
If you are going to dream at all make it a big one. Even if you don’t get it exactly you would be close and the next time you try you would surpass it.

It was a cold night. I was on my way home from work. It was a cold long walk home. I was late so I decided to take a shortcut. It was a road not used frequently. I had used it once or twice before so I was not scared of using it again.
It all happened so fast. He came out of nowhere. He grabbed me, pushed me to the ground and held me down. I fought him. I tried to scream but no words came out. I struggled. I fought. I hit him with whatever I could lay my hands on…
His grip was strong but I would not give up. I would rather die… and then boommm!!! It happened…
But that was not what really happened…this is what happened…
The Encounter: How I lost my virginity
It was about 14 years ago in the ancient city of Benin. I had been reading in the library while preparing for exams and then went out on break. There was no eatery close by so I decided to buy ‘guguru’ and ‘epa’ (popcorn and groundnut respectively) from a nearby stand. I went back inside the library to finish eating and that was when I found it…
It was a page from the great book ‘think and grow rich’. It was used to wrap the ‘guguru’. I read that page and what I read was mind blowing. I went out to look for more pages. I found about 11 pages littered around the library premises, I bound them together and kept reading…It was my first copy of the book. I loved every bit of it. When I had finished reading the 11pages I went out to find the ‘guguru’ seller so I could get more pages but at that time he had closed for the day…
I always knew there was something wrong I just did not know what it was… I was wandering…looking for answers but not asking the right questions. There is a system of control (‘the matrix’) that keeps your mind and your thinking ‘locked up’. You do not know it exists but it’s there. That system makes you think ‘inside the box’. It caged me till the encounter…
This was my first encounter with the book. It disvirgined my mind and freed me from ‘the matrix’. It changed my life and set me on the path to become the real me…to become ’The Oracle’. It was like the red pill… it opened my eyes… and that was how I lost my virginity…
Merry christmas! Let the ‘chopulating’ begin! But read this first…
His name was Joe. He had just settled into his recliner to watch his grandchildren open their Christmas gifts when the pain in his chest started to intensify. He was rushed to the emergency room at a nearby Hospital, where doctors confirmed his fear — he was having a heart attack. Within an hour and 15 minutes of arriving, the 65-year-old man was on the operating table having a stent inserted.
Before his heart attack, he thought he was relatively healthy. He exercised and ate in moderation and had passed a stress test during an annual physical in November. But research has shown heart attacks increase around the holidays because of stress, lack of sleep, dehydration, overindulgence in unhealthy foods, caffeine and alcohol.
Everything is more at Christmas time. More and more people suffer heart attacks,heart arrhythmia or out-of-control blood pressure this time of year. More people in the home, more traffic, more shopping. People tend to eat more food, drink more alcohol, more caffeine.
-Remember to take your medications, limit the amount of salty foods you eat and practice relaxation techniques when things become too stressful. That way you can prevent making a hospital trip that could have been avoided, try to keep things as normal or routine as possible.
-If you are on prescription medicines, stay on them.If things are getting a little too cozy — too many people in the house, kids screaming, everyone stressed out — get out and go for a walk. If you can get out of that and do relaxation techniques and slow, deep breathing, that will help a lot. Cutting back on the Christmas treats is also a heart-healthy tip.
-Avoid red beef as much as you can. But you can do about anything in the proper amount.
-Avoid cross-contamination: Keep all raw food, whether it’s turkey or vegetables, separate from ready-to-eat foods to avoid cross-contamination. Use separate chopping boards for raw food and ready-to-eat food. Raw foods can contain harmful bacteria that are spread very easily to anything they touch, including other foods, worktops, chopping boards and knives
-Wash your hands: Always wash and dry your hands thoroughly before and after handling food, especially when handling and preparing raw meat and poultry. You also need to remember to wash and dry your hands after going to the toilet, touching the bin or touching any pets. Bugs are spread between food, surfaces and utensils most effectively on wet or damp hands.
-Wash your vegetables properly
-Cook food thoroughly and chew thoroughly… Don’t eat too much of everything… Small servings are best.
Christmas is a time of celebration, but it also tends to be a time of high-fat, high-calorie food. Being part of the Christmas celebration without sabotaging your health goals may be difficult, but it is definitely doable.
